Forward Visibility is my consulting company focused on optimizing Agile development processes to increasing the quality, profitability and value of your products and services. I focus on expanding the depth and nuances of the products you all ready use. There are usually a few solutions to a give problem which may which include Open Source, 3rd Party and non-Microsoft technologies.
I have 13+ years of experience designing, managing and building enterprise applications, with a core focus on Microsoft web and db technologies. I also have a strong interest and ability in designing RIA applications. I love to provide top quality user application experiences.
I have successfully built global distributed scrum teams, and as many have experienced, this is substantially more difficult than implementing co-located teams. I work hard to foster trust based relationships, both within your teams and with us.
